When Valley West Concrete first approached us, their operations were well-established in Langley, BC. They were known for quality work and reliability but had hit a growth plateau. The company wanted to increase its revenue and reach without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead. Specifically, they were interested in expanding into the Greater Vancouver region, as well as the rapidly growing markets of Vernon and Kelowna.
However, like many local contractors, they didn’t have the time or resources to handle digital marketing in-house. They needed a partner who could launch an affordable, effective marketing plan — fast.
Our Strategy
Our objective was to build a lean, high-ROI marketing funnel that would not only generate new leads but also establish a presence in new service areas. We began with three core tactics:
